Phil Davis
First Senior Vice President – Card Operations

Phil Davis joined TNB in 2007 and leads a large team focused on cardholder operations, including credit risk management, member servicing, fraud, platform management, client support, and compliance. Mr. Davis is a seasoned executive with three decades of domestic and international experience in the credit card industry primarily with Bank of America and Citigroup. He previously served as the chief operating and credit officer of Town North Bank Nevada, N.A., TNB's credit card issuing bank. Industry service includes membership in the Credit Union Risk Council, as well as prior service on the National Bankruptcy Issues Council, Visa Risk Advisors Committee, and the Consumer Bankruptcy Debtor Education Board. He earned a degree in Management Economics from Hampden-Sydney College.

Jan Dailey
Senior Vice President - Marketing Manager

Jan Dailey has over 30 years of broad experience in marketing including over fifteen years in credit and debit card program marketing. She joined TNB's executive team in 2001 after holding senior marketing positions at J.C. Penney and GE Card Services (now GE Money). In this leadership role, Ms. Dailey directs TNB's branding and business-to-business efforts, business-to-consumer marketing, as well as public relations, training, and communications. Ms. Dailey has extensive marketing expertise in card acquisition and retention strategies, loyalty, and in-branch programs. Ms. Dailey received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Oklahoma.

Mark Fenner
Senior Vice President – National Sales Manager

Mark Fenner joined TNB Card Services' executive team in 2007 as the national sales manager. In this leadership position, Mr. Fenner is responsible for developing new business prospects for TNB's credit and debit card processing business, as well as delivering on TNB's strong value proposition to existing clients. His experience spans the financial services and technology industries, in which he managed and led sales teams in initiating and expanding business relationships with companies such as Citigroup, JP Morgan Chase, Wells Fargo, American Express, and Alliance Data Corp. Mr. Fenner previously served as a member of the board of directors of Town North Bank Nevada, N.A., TNB's credit card issuing bank. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Phoenix.

George Major
Senior Vice President - Financial Manager

George Major joined TNB Card Services in June 2008 as financial manager and is responsible for managing Card Services' accounting and finance. Mr. Major brings more than thirty years of experience in audit, financial management and change management in the banking industry. Before joining TNB he held various audit and finance positions with Bank of America. Mr. Major previously served as a member of the board of directors of Town North Bank Nevada, N.A., TNB's credit card issuing bank. He is a Certified Public Accountant and has a Business Administration and Accounting degree from Austin Peay State University.

Mitch Raymond
Senior Vice President - Product Development Manager

Mitch Raymond joined the TNB Card Services executive team in 2008 as Product Development Manager. He leads a team that ensures the suite of TNB products and services meet our clients' ever changing needs. He also identifies and evaluates opportunities to increase the value TNB can bring to its clients in the areas of credit and debit card programs, prepaid cards, loyalty, and e-services. Additionally, Mr. Raymond directs the efforts of TNB's Strategic Portfolio Risk and Analytics team. Previously with Citigroup, Dell Financial Services, and GE Capital, he has an undergraduate degree from Texas A & M University, College Station, Texas and a master's degree from the University of Saint Thomas, Houston, Texas.

Linda Tremmel
Senior Vice President - Project Services

Linda Tremmel joined TNB in 1997 with over 30 years experience in the financial services industry. Ms. Tremmel is responsible for providing the technical expertise and management of TNB's platform, set-up of new and enhanced products, new client program implementations, custom reporting, special projects and other technical support. She leads TNB's experienced team of client support specialists. Prior to joining TNB, she was with Carson Finance, NTS/PHH, EDSFleet and was Director of Business Resources with National Freight.
