John Reap
President and Chief Executive Officer
John Reap has headed TNB Card Services and its parent, Town
North Bank, since September 1994. He is the second president
the company has had in its entire history. He began his
banking career at Republic Bank, Dallas, and joined Town North
in 1976. Mr. Reap is a business administration graduate of the
University of Arkansas and earned his MBA at Southern
Methodist University. He is a graduate of the Graduate School
of Retail Bank Management at the University of Virginia. Mr.
Reap serves on the MasterCard International U.S. Business
Committee and the Dean’s Executive Advisory Board of the Sam
Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas. |

Scott Wagner
Executive Vice President – Card Services
Scott Wagner joined TNB Card Services in 2005 as executive
vice president and is responsible for managing the day-to-day
operations of the company. Mr. Wagner brings more than 20
years of experience in corporate and entrepreneurial business
management to TNB. Before joining TNB he held executive level
positions with First Data Corporation, Inc. in Omaha, Nebraska
and Commerce Bancshares in Kansas City, Missouri. He has a
bachelor's and master's degree from the University of
Nebraska. |

Phil Davis
First Senior Vice President – Card Operations
Phil Davis joined TNB in 2007 and is focused on cardholder operations, including credit underwriting, member servicing, fraud, and compliance. Mr. Davis is a seasoned executive with nearly three decades of credit card industry experience, most recently with Citigroup. He has a degree in management economics from Hampden-Sydney College.

Jay Kurian
First Senior Vice President - Agent Issuing Program
Jay Kurian joined TNB in 2002 from Banco Popular where he was
director of U.S. card products in Orlando, Florida. He has
extensive expertise in the credit card industry and previously
held management positions responsible for card products at
Signet Bank and AT&T Universal Card. Jay is responsible
for TNB Card Services' agent issuing program for credit unions
and other financial institutions. |

Dusty Bowers
Senior Vice President - Client Relationship Manager
Dusty Bowers, who has over 20 years experience in the credit
union industry joined TNB Card Services in March, 2006. He
comes from the CUNA Mutual Group, where he was a division vice
president and supported account managers in Texas, New Mexico,
Oklahoma, Arkansas and Louisiana. At TNB, Dusty leads the
sales and account executive teams. |

Jan Dailey
Senior Vice President - Marketing
Jan Dailey has over 30 years of experience in marketing
including a decade in credit and debit card program marketing.
She joined TNB in 2001 after holding marketing positions at
J.C. Penney and GE Card Services (now GE Consumer Finance).
Jan directs TNB's marketing, public relations, training, and
communication areas. |

Mark Fenner
Senior Vice President – National Sales Manager
Mark Fenner joined TNB Card Services’ executive team and sales force in 2007 as the new national sales manager. In this leadership position, Mr. Fenner is responsible for developing new business prospects for TNB’s credit and debit card processing business, as well as its agent issuing services. His experience spans the financial services and technology industries, in which he managed and led sales teams in initiating and expanding business relationships with companies such as Citigroup, JP Morgan Chase, Wells Fargo, American Express, and Alliance Data Corp.

Janice Savage
Senior Vice President - Operations
Janice Savage joined TNB Card Services in 1992 and has over 30
years experience in the credit card industry. She is
responsible for the operations of cardholder servicing,
including the call center, security, disputes and data entry.
Prior to joining TNB, she was senior vice president at United
BankCard managing cardholder programs for agent banks. |

Linda Tremmel
Senior Vice President - Project Services
Linda Tremmel joined TNB in 1997 with over 30 years experience
in the financial services industry. Linda is responsible for
the FDR system, set-up of new and enhanced products,
conversions, custom reporting, special projects and VIP
technical support. Prior to joining TNB, she was with Carson
Finance, NTS/PHH, EDSFleet and was Director of Business
Resources with National Freight. |
