Steve is the president of Extreme Leadership, Incorporated—an organization devoted to the cultivation and development of Extreme Leaders in the business community. Charles W. "Chip" Filson
Charles W. "Chip" Filson is an active leader in the credit union industry and a nationally recognized author, speaker and consultant for the credit union movement. As president of Callahan & Associates, Chip counsels many of the nation's largest credit unions. Chip's expertise is drawn from a quarter century of government, financial institution and business experience. He served as Supervisor of the Illinois Credit Union Division before moving on to hold concurrent positions at the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) as President of the Central Liquidity Facility (CLF) and Director of the Office of Examinations |

Patrick Adams
Patrick is one of the most dynamic and versatile credit union presenters around. He has devoted over 25 years to the credit union movement and has served as executive vice president of St. Louis Community Credit Union for more than fifteen years. He has also held various positions at other large Missouri credit unions, and has helped the Missouri League in developing numerous programs and projects. |

Candace DeBarger
Candace DeBarger is vice president and team lead for MasterCard International’s U.S. region Debit Product Sales Group. In this role, Ms. DeBarger leads MasterCard U.S. region debit activities, advising issuers on strategies to expand and maximize the profitability of their debit card portfolios.
Ms. DeBarger’s team works closely with member financial institutions in the U.S., developing customized marketing plans; providing financial analyses and industry benchmarking data; and introducing new debit products, features and functionality. In addition, Ms. DeBarger oversees the sale and implementation of MasterCard Complete Debit Processing, a complete end-to-end national and global debit processing solution.

Frank Martien
Frank joined First Annapolis in 1996 and leads the firm’s commercial payments practice area where he focuses on corporate, purchasing, small business, and fleet cards as well as emerging e-procurement-to-payment solutions. His commercial payments engagement experience in the U.S., Europe, and Canada includes a wide spectrum of strategy, research, analysis, tactical execution, and vendor selection engagements along with card portfolio M&A-related work. |
