TNB CARD SERVICES IMPROVES DEBIT CARD PROCESSING
FOR CONCHO EDUCATORS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION

DALLAS - October 30, 2006 - Concho Educators Federal Credit Union has streamlined its PIN and signature debit card processing through TNB Card Services' single-source, full-service debit card processing solution. The 65-year-old credit union converted to TNB's integrated debit processing platform in order to improve operations, enhance card security and reduce costs.

The TNB debit processing solution enables Concho Educators to view and manage signature and PIN debit account information and transactions online and in real-time. Prior to the conversion, only PIN-based transactions were available online. Concho Educators now saves time managing its debit card program and has improved the efficiency and flexibility of the program. TNB's single-source debit solution also gives Concho Educators' members access to their funds from more than 1.6 million ATM and retail locations all over the world.

"Being able to manage account information and transactions online and in real-time for our debit card was very important to us," said Jerry Merrill, CEO of Concho Educators Federal Credit Union. "We can also apply better security measures by processing our debit cards on a single platform. This is a real bonus, considering the increased risk of debit card fraud."

Concho Educators Federal Credit Union serves more than 6,400 members throughout San Angelo Texas and the Concho Valley. The credit union historically served strictly the education field until this year, when it expanded its field of membership to include the underserved population living in Tom Green County. With assets of $43 million, the credit union has three full-service branches located in San Angelo.
