TNB Card Services Introduces VIP Portfolio Pro™, Powerful Tool for Moving Credit Card Portfolios to the Next Level

Dallas – August 27, 2007 – TNB Card Services today introduced a robust, easy-to-use portfolio
management tool that enables credit unions to increase revenue and cardholder satisfaction. VIP
Portfolio Pro™ helps credit unions’ move management of their credit card portfolios to the next level by turning processing data into valuable decision-making information.

VIP Portfolio Pro pinpoints the most relevant information from the card portfolio, enabling
unprecedented levels of analysis. Its functionality provides the foundation for effective program management and improved audit support.

TNB designed VIP Portfolio Pro to be extremely easy to use, with data presented concisely in a familiar Microsoft Excel® spreadsheet format. Users find it easy to drill down for greater detail or zoom out to an overall portfolio view. Exports of charts and data tables are simplified, and the solution provides the dependable security of all of TNB’s VIP Solutions®.

The new portfolio management tool includes – Executive Management Report Suite, a
powerful tool that highlights key credit card ratios and trends on a daily basis; Risk Management Report Suite, delivers a monthly “state of the business” view providing key findings regarding areas of vulnerability and opportunity within the portfolio; and Risk Operations Report Suite, offers key information, daily and monthly, relating to credit line increases, new accounts, and more.

VIP Portfolio Pro enables a credit union to stay on top of the growth of its credit card accounts, trends in overall balances and credit lines, balances per account, net retail sales, interest income, and much more. It increases a credit union’s ability to monitor for potential fraud and manage its
portfolio risk.
