Louisiana’s E Federal Credit Union Partners with
TNB Card Services to Grow its Card Portfolio

Dallas – June 18, 2007 – E Federal Credit Union, the sixth largest credit union in Louisiana, has moved its credit card processing to TNB Card Services so that it can deliver a more flexible, scalable, and service-oriented program to its members.

E Federal Credit Union will convert more than 3,300 credit card accounts to TNB.

With eight branches, plus an operations center, the $203 million E FCU caters to more than 21,000 members associated with ExxonMobil Corp., ExxonMobil Chemical Co., ExxonMobil Chemical Americas, and ExxonMobil Service Stations in Louisiana. The credit union also serves 30 SEGs located in Ascension Parish.

"TNB’s ownership of credit card portfolios was a major reason we chose them as our card processing partner," said Ken Bordelon, CEO of E Federal Credit Union. "We will be able to leverage TNB’s portfolio management experience to improve card benefits for our members, offer better member service and support, and strengthen the overall profitability of our card portfolio."

TNB’s flexibility and pricing strategies were also key factors in the selection, Bordelon added.

"Our issuing experience is a valuable benefit for credit unions, such as E Federal, that want to retain ownership of their portfolios,” said Dusty Bowers, senior vice president and national sales manager of TNB Card Services. “We are successfully managing and growing a multimillion-dollar card portfolio. We can prove our card management strategies work based on the portfolio we own."
