Three Credit Unions
Partner with TNB Card Services
for Greater Expertise in Credit Card
Processing
Dallas - May 7, 2007 - Three more
credit unions have switched to TNB Card
Services for its expertise in credit card
processing. The credit unions are the latest
to partner with TNB for its processing
services, touting TNB's excellent service,
outstanding reputation, product knowledge, and
credit union ownership.
The newest TNB processing clients are
Service First Federal Credit Union of South
Dakota, First Alliance Credit Union of
Minnesota, and Employees Credit Union of
Texas.
"Our processing clients want to work
with a partner they can trust for all of their
credit processing needs and marketing
support," said Dusty Bowers, senior vice
president and national sales manager of TNB
Card Services. "Our knowledge of the
credit union industry and ownership by credit
unions are important factors in our ability to
successfully build partnerships. The credit
union philosophy permeates everything we
do."
Service First Federal Credit Union
is community chartered to serve Minnehaha,
Lincoln, and McCook counties through five
branch locations in the Sioux Falls area of
South Dakota. It is 73 years old this year,
and was originally founded to serve employees
of a meat-packing plant.
Concerned about major changes at its former
processor, Service First President Roger
Peters said TNB was the only alternative
processor considered, because it is owned and
operated by credit unions. He credited TNB's
"quality of offerings and the manner in
which they were presented" as pluses in
the credit union's decision.
Service First FCU has 17,800 members and
assets of $127 million. Peters noted,
"Our credit card program has been
stagnant for several years. We're looking to
TNB to give our card program the face lifts it
needs and better penetration."

First Alliance Credit Union,
celebrating 75 years of service this year,
serves a five-county area around Rochester,
Minnesota. It has 11,444 members and assets of
$84.5 million.
Mark Hettinger, vice president of
operations for First Alliance Credit Union,
said TNB's quality of service was second to
none and its products will allow First
Alliance to compete in a large financial
market. He added, "TNB proved our
relationship is important to them. We have
also seen this through other credit unions
joining TNB."

Employees Credit Union, a 55-year
old institution, serves employees, including
family members, of businesses that office
within a 10-mile radius of either of its two
branches located in Dallas and Carrollton. The
credit union also has a Kaufman branch
providing services to those who live, work, or
attend school in Kaufman County. The credit
union has 8,247 members and assets of $50
million.
"TNB's reputation, quality of service,
and product portfolio played a big part in our
decision to partner with TNB," said Lana
McCallie, president and CEO of Employees
Credit Union. "Client service is
important to us, and we want to partner with a
company we can work with quickly and
conveniently."
