Steven L. McDonald Appointed President and CEO
of TNB Card Services’ Parent Company, Town North Bank, N.A.
DALLAS - September 24, 2009 - The parent company of TNB Card Services, Town North Bank, N.A., has appointed Steven L. McDonald as the new CEO of the Dallas-based financial institution. McDonald has been named president and CEO following the retirement of John C. Reap, the bank's president for 15 years.
McDonald has been EVP and CFO of the bank since September 2008. His experience includes senior executive positions in both public and private companies in the financial services industry focused on retail banking, consumer lending, and capital markets. McDonald is a graduate of Southern Methodist University.

Scott Wagner, executive vice president of TNB Card Services, will report directly to McDonald and continue to lead the strategic mission of the card services division.
